Separation Anxiety

Indication: Serves to treat excess fear or worry about being separated from a loved one or leaving your home. Inspires self confidence, independence, and faith.

Tearful, tantrum-filled goodbyes are common during a child's earliest years. Around the first birthday, many children develop separation anxiety, getting upset when a parent tries to leave them with another caregiver. Though separation anxiety is a perfectly normal part of childhood development, it can continue longer than normal for some children and can reappear in adolescence or adulthood as the result of a traumatic experience, death of a loved one or other anxiety driven fears.

In a spiritual sense we are all one and there can be no true separation, yet our experience on Earth is one of feeling isolated from true source and it is important to learn how to feel secure on your own or away from your beloved. Strong emotional attachment to your mother, spouse or best friend is a good thing, but it is also essential for soul growth that you learn how to be strong and confident on your own.

Fairy Cup fosters self trust and security, her bright yellow flowers offer strength and courage to the inner child. Her flowerettes all hanging from one stem source display the flowers connection with the great oneness of source. Her soft furry leaves display a gentle and approachable stance. She eases undue worry by projecting calm assurance and a sense of care and familiarity.

When you feel calm and safe, your spirit has the opportunity to grow into its confident, independent and secure self. A self that feels stable and assured in unfamiliar situations and with unfamiliar people because at your base you continue to feel the strength of your connections which have helped you to form a brave and happy foundation.

Fairy Cup (or Cowslip) along with other ritual plants played a significant role in the pharmacy and mythology of the Celtic druids, likely as an ingredient of magical potions to increase the absorption of other herbal constituents. In the Middle-Ages it was also very sought after by Florentine apothecaries. Hildegard von Bingen recommended the medicinal parts only for topical use but the leaves were also consumed as food.

I actually was called to order this for a friends pit rescue that has some social issues with other doggies, and misses her Mom a lot when she is gone. What I have heard back from her is when she does remember to use it, it does seem to help her❤️

Merri has successfully treated our adopted racing greyhound for separation anxiety with Fairy Cup. It has made a huge difference in his behavior, and visitors who knew him before he was treated have noticed that his is much calmer now.
