Shipping & Returns

 

Order Fulfillment Time

Once an order is placed the order is processed and fulfilled typically within 1-2 business days. We do not fulfill or ship orders placed on the weekend until the next business day. You will get periodic emails updating you on your order status and a unique shipping label to track with USPS. We try to have every order out as soon as possible but we are a small business so sometimes that is not always possible and there can be delays, please be patient with us. 

If you have placed an order and realize you want to add something to it or change it, please reach out to us ASAP to see if we can update it. It’s not always possible but, we can often combine two orders made in a short amount of time into one package. As long as the initial package has not already been shipped, we will refund any shipping difference there may be from combining two orders.

 

Shipping

Domestic (USA)

We ship all our packages with USPS Priority Mail which has a standard delivery time of 1-3 business days for domestic shipments. We ship everything from Michigan, so depending on your location and order weight, this time may vary and shipping costs may also vary. USPS has a base rate that increases with distance and weight so our shipping is calculated based on their prices. Please double check all your shipping information is correct so we can make sure your package arrives safely and on time.

International

We can ship to virtually any address in the world (there may be some restrictions on some products). The fees for shipping internationally are higher and start at a minimum of $25 (increasing based on package weight/country distance) due to carrier charges, so please keep this in mind when ordering. Local Pickup

We will email you with instructions as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking

Each package we send out comes with a unique tracking code with USPS which is emailed to you by Stamps.com upon printing your shipping label. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, try checking your Spam, Junk, or Promotional email inbox instead. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page and we will resend the tracking email to you.

Shipping & Handling Fees

The shipping and handling fee is for the process of preparing and packing an order and then sending it to a customer. It covers labor, packing supplies, inventory storage, transportation, and delivery.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
