The ocean rolls in, she rolls out. Like feelings that overwhelm you and then subside, there is this constant coming and going. Always emotional ~ you watch her angry waves crash into a sea cliff over and over and her raging waters shattering wildly in all directions. Another day her calm water sparkles as she barely laps….salty, across your waiting toes. Today though, she is in a jolly, silly mood. A little giddy she kicks around your feet with playful, bubbly lather.
The ocean is the great purifier. Like a salt bath she absorbs the stress and strain of the Earth's achy muscles and clarifies her emotional field restoring balance. Today, she laughs and she teaches us to return to delight, pleasure and happiness. An essence to restore light when you have become burdened with the heavy emotions of anger, fear or sadness.
